Global Spectrum L.P. is the second-largest facility management company in the United States. Global Spectrum Asia is Pico’s joint venture with the company, giving us the ability to offer a vast range of services to sports arenas, building the reputation of a particular venue as a thriving centre for hosting events. Global Spectrum Asia is the official venue operations partner for world-class Singapore Sports Hub – a state-of-the-art sports and entertainment complex that will feature a 55,000-seat stadium, a 14,000-seat arena and a 3,000-seat aquatic centre. Chenzhou International Convention and Exhibition Centre (“the CZCEC”) is a large-scale, modern multi-function centre which offers comprehensive facilities in Hunan Province, China. The CZCEC forms part of the recreational and sports district of the city providing show organisers and exhibitors with approximately 50,000 sq. m. of indoor exhibition space and approximately 15,000 sq. m. of outdoor exhibition space. Pico provides a wide range of facility management and operations management services for the CZCEC, including hosting and co-organising conferences, exhibitions and other events, as well as the management of the venue, facility rental and other ancillary services like parking lots and food and beverage services. The Sri Lanka Exhibition and Convention Centre (SLECC) is strategically located in Colombo’s city centre. The high-capacity SLECC is only a short walk from most leading hotels and the commercial and financial district.
