  • Develop business opportunities with new clients and seek new business opportunities with existing clients to achieve sales target
  • Presentation of services to customer, analyzing customer needs and creating solutions to their needs, detecting and identifying target customers
  • Prepare and deliver effective sales proposals and/or tenders through excellent cost control and innovation
  • Overall project management includes project planning, implementation and final delivery of projects to meet client's expectations within schedule, quality and budget
  • To ensure profitability of accounts, meet or exceed monthly assigned target and effective management of yield
  • To prepare various reports, such as weekly sales, show progress, post show reports, etc
  • Compiles lists of prospective customers for use as sales leads, based on information from Pico inter-offices, newspapers, business directories, industry ads, trade shows, Internet Web sites and other sources

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in MICE industry
  • US Citizen, based in New York, with good knowledge of the US work culture and good local connections
  • Good presentation, communication skills and capable of building strong business relationships
  • Strong planning, organizational skills
  • Problem solving competency
  • Highly self-motivated with positive working attitude, proactive and aggressive with an analytical and creative mind
  • Requires domestic and international travel
