Responsibilities:
  • Coordination of tax and payroll payments with company accountant
  • Weekly & monthly company financial reporting
  • Organization and filing of company expenses and invoices
  • Payment company vendors
  • HR matters

Requirements:
  • 3 years prior experience in office administration and financial reporting
  • Languages;  English and Portuguese
  • Must handle well Microsoft Word, Excel
