A memorable experience was created for 1,400 McDonald’s China Operations Managers at their annual convention in Sydney. Meticulous planning and implementation of all event details, from site selection and programme development to logistics planning, entertainment and souvenirs, ensured a successful experience. The event was enhanced by access to
unauthorised routes in downtown Sydney so that all participants could travel between host hotels to the Convention Centre. Cost benefits were increased by fabricating event materials in Beijing and coordinating delivery and installation in Sydney, utilising a team of over 30 experienced Beijing staff together with local support. The end result was an amazing, enjoyable and educational experience shared by McDonald’s managers from across China.
