Part-Time Sales/Marketing Associate

  • Acquire new client accounts by calling corporate prospects and selling to decision makers such as Trade Show Managers, Marketing Directors or those in a similar capacity that decide on exhibit and marketing services
  • Act as a positive representative of the company by sharing information about our list of services and extensive design, project management and brand marketing resources
  • Help to develop outreach materials for e-mail or in-person presentations
  • Request Exhibitor information such as booth space details, photos, and other references that may be needed in a design proposal
  • Continue to build a solid pipeline of prospects via email and social media marketing as needed
  • Schedule appointments between prospects and our Pico Account Managers
  • Assist in updating sales database and weekly Works in Progress reports

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Business, Marketing or a related field
  • 2+ years related experience
  • Proven track record of sales in related field
  • US Citizen with valid passport
  • Available to work in Manhattan office for at least 20 hours per week
  • Professional, proactive and passionate about new campaigns
  • Ability to understand both client and company needs
  • Familiarity with trade show and event industry a plus
