Employees in Pico Japan put their caring spirit into action by donating used clothes to the Japan Relief Clothing Center (JRCC) – an organisation that contributes clothing to vulnerable people and refugees.
This donation was not only good news for the JRCC and the recipients of their goodwill, it also created a double environmental benefit – by reusing unused clothes, we are giving a second life to still-good clothing items and reducing wastage.
This action forms part of Pico Global Care in Action, which is the theme of Pico’s corporate social responsibility commitment, with its focus on “Employee, Community and Environment”.
