Event Producer

Responsibilities

Bringing your ideas to the world! Expert in creating memorable projects by materializing various ideas from Japan and abroad.

• Planning, production, and operation of exhibitions, events, and promotions in Japan and abroad
• Responsible for a wide range of fields from corporate events such as hospitality and incentive seminars to exhibitions, expositions, sporting and cultural events, and international conventions.
• Planning, production and execution of strategy and branding for client campaigns and events
• Sales to existing and new clients

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in the event industry
• Experience in event/promotion related companies and advertising industry
• Experience in a wide range of work including web, event, exhibition, and store sales promotion
• Language skills in English (or Chinese) and Japanese required
• English (or Chinese) required: business conversation, reading and writing skills
• Japanese language skills: Business Japanese, fluent in reading, writing and spoken Japanese
• High sales skills with good cost management skills
• PC skills (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.)
• Currently residing in Japan
