Project Executive (MP)



  • Responsible for supporting the planning and execution of multiple virtual / hybrid events.
  • Provide technical support across various virtual / hybrid event platforms, including Zoom, and other event platforms.
  • Create and maintain project documents, including project timelines, onboarding decks, rehearsal schedules, admin sheets.
  • Actively participate in creative problem solving and collaborate with cross-functional teams to continually refine best practices on virtual / hybrid event planning, execution, and measurement.
  • Provide support for other team members as required.


  • Min Diploma in Integrated Events, Business Management, Hospitality and other relevant fields
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Resourceful, independent and able to work well in teams
  • Prior experience with planning and executing multi-faceted, complex integrated events (virtual, hybrid and physical) will be a bonus.
