Project Manager for Special Projects (World Expo, Theme Parks, etc.)

Responsibilities

You will help drive sales in the Japanese domestic market in collaboration with our global Theme Park and Expo team, with a proven track record of delivery. 
After receiving project orders, this key position will be to bridge the gap between overseas procurement to on-site construction in collaboration with our specialized teams

• Expo, theme park, and bidding, including design, construction, process management, budget management, and related coordination among all parties involved
• Project management
• Client communication and new client development
• Negotiations with designers, structural and equipment consultants, and construction partners
• Operations related to company business promotion (public relations, sales, etc.)
• Liaison and coordination with Pico Group's overseas office personnel
• Overseas and domestic business travel required

Requirements

• First-class architectural license obtained
• Experience in special project management such as Expo or theme parks
• First class construction management certificate is a plus
• Completion of Management Architect Training (recommended)
• Experience in sales in a construction company or related business
• Language skills in English and Japanese required
• English required: business conversation, reading and writing skills
• Japanese Language Proficiency: Business Japanese, reading, writing and spoken fluently
• Must currently reside in Japan
