GE Healthcare is a subsidiary of the mighty General Electric company and is dedicated to providing innovative medical technologies and services to satisfy people's needs and provide better and more affordable medical services for people around the world.
To activate GE Healthcare's presence at the Spring edition of the twice-yearly China International Medicinal Equipment Fair, Pico provided a number of services, including design, fabrication and management of a 996 sq. m. booth, organisation of a new product launch event and a number of internal kick-off activities. Our mission objectives were to debut 14 new products, highlight the company's latest healthcare achievements and illustrate how GE Healthcare leads the way in technological breakthroughs for the medical devices industry.
Given the large number of tasks to be accomplished, this was not a straightforward activation. Pre-exhibition online promotion, booth design and fabrication, online interaction during the exhibition, on-site multimedia interaction, organisation of the launch of new products, internal kick-off activities and booth operations all had to proceed smoothly. Added to this, the team only had 2.5 days to prepare the booth, necessitating a great deal of hard work in a short space of time. The successful result was worth the effort, as we aim to be involved in more projects for this distinguished client in the future.
