This year’s parade, welcoming in the year of the dog, featured over a thousand performers, a float parade, several large-scale performances and a spectacular fireworks display.

Of the parade’s 15 dazzling floats, Pico provided design, production and installation services for four of the brightest: City of Dreams Macau, OU Group, the Sands float for the Venetian, and Wynn.
The City of Dreams Macau float told the story of dogs who gathered blessings and delicious food to return and lay these offerings before local residents and visitors.
The Chinese New Year parade wound its way from Sai Van Lake Square, with the glittering floats gliding along Avenida Dr Sun Yat-Sen on the Macau Peninsula to their eventual destination – the Macau Science Centre. This stunning parade passed on joyful wishes for a fruitful, energetic and flourishing year ahead to the crowds of spectators.
