The purpose of this event was for Hitachi Construction to showcase their newest line of Hitachi Construction vehicles to customers, internal staff and their families. The Launch event included 4 large vehicle displays and a temporary purpose built clear marquee and a raised deck for presentations and networking opportunities along with a product simulator for guests to interact.
Bringing in a premium clear marquee that enabled the huge machines to be viewed from the comfort of the venue space and created protection from the outdoor elements and weather.
Execution
A large scale outdoor event for multiple stakeholders over a 2 day period was planned, we produced and managed with no interruptions. All safety requirements in and around the equipment and vehicles was considered. All facets of the event from hospitality to networking to promoting Hitachi’s new vehicle products was a great success.
