Responsibilities
- Primary: Plan, coordinate & support in-house enterprise-class cloud-based ERP and CRM system project implementation
- Secondary: Develop and maintain an Internal Web-based helpdesk system to improve Pico’s process automation.
- Act as a business liaison between business users, technical developers
- Maintain the best practices of the Agile/Scrum project methodology
- Work in a professional team to participate in project implementation and migration
