The Talent Acceleration Programme (TAP) provides intensive training and character-building activities that cultivate Pico’s future leaders from around the world.

In 2019, 25 young talents from offices across China met in Beijing to begin an intensive multi-day programme that covered subjects ranging from project and brand management to digital transformation, customer relationship management, creativity and leadership. The curriculum went on to include a special visit to an exhibition centre and engaging team-building activities.

Participants also had opportunities to interact with Pico’s signature project leaders and professional external instructors. Each participant acquired the formidable all-round skills and vision needed to inspire tight-knit company teams. Their responses were highly positive: TAP helps them to better understand the company, gain a sense of belonging, and appreciate the value of teams with diverse members.

TAP is one of the Pico’s primary means of identifying, developing and incentivising young talents from within its ranks. The programme has been running for over 30 years and has over 1,000 graduates whose ideas continue to shape our future.
